TRADING TERMS
- Our trading terms are 25% deposit with order.
A further 50% is required on approval of proof, or if extensive artwork required. The remainder to be paid on collection.
PROOFING
- On production of your final proof, you will be asked to sign the artwork. Once this is received no further changes can be made, and you will be responsible for the full costs of printing this job.
We do not accept responsibility for mistakes in your printed work after you have checked your proof.
Note: Colours may differ slightly from the proof in the finished artwork. We offer no guarantee of exact colour matching unless specifically requested (at extra charge).
COPYRIGHT
- Copyright of designs we have produced remain the property of Swan Print. Release of artwork my be purchased from us, please ask us for details if you require your artwork ready for other publishers (website, sinage ect.)
COLLECTION
- We will call you when your printing is ready for collection. Jobs not collected after 3 months will be destroyed and deposits paid will be forfeited.
